Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active license to practice Physical Therapy Prior hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Excellent patient interaction and motivation skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to a variety of patients in a hospital setting Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving function, decreasing pain, and promoting mobility Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Accurately document patient progress and maintain detailed records Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and best practices for recovery
