Job Description

Physical Therapist High Desert Osteopractic Physical Thearpy Chubbuck, Idaho I'm Jared Pugmire, the proud owner of High Desert Osteopractic Physical Therapy, 4x East Idaho's Best Physical Therapy Clinic in Idaho. Our clinic's success is driven by a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering personalized care in a supportive environment. We're currently seeking a passionate, driven Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team. At High Desert, we believe in the transformative power of physical therapy. We're passionate about helping our patients regain their strength, overcome their limitations, and get back to doing what they love. We're a very hands on clinic. We don't employ aides and won't pass on care to anyone without a license. So you will have complete control over your patients' outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and ways to maintain wellness Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various patient needs A passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous learning
