Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work across diverse settings, including inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, enabling them to deliver high-quality patient care with professionalism and compassion. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, designing effective care plans tailored to individual needs, and utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless discharge planning and optimal recovery outcomes. They will also educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care routines to promote long-term health benefits. This position emphasizes the importance of maintaining accurate documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards. $2715/weekly gross, $16.75/hr, $25.43/OT, $2037 per diem 2 years experience. Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy. #
