Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) Multi-Setting Practice | Rural Community Setting We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient physical therapy practice serving a welcoming rural community. Our practice has a long-standing presence in the area. It works closely with a local hospital and home health agency , offering an opportunity to hone skills and provide meaningful patient care across a multitude of settings. The clinician in this role will work closely with our experienced therapists , providing ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and clinical support . This position is ideal for someone who values strong patient relationships, professional growth, and being part of a close-knit, respected healthcare team. Position Highlights
Outpatient:
orthopedic and general rehabilitation setting- Acute care: surgical, medical, ICU, Etc.
Rehabilitation:
Swing bed unit and home health services- One-on-one mentorship and collaborative treatment planning
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment
- Flexible scheduling options may be available Qualifications
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with another therapist
- CPR Certification
- New graduates encouraged to apply
