PRN Physical Therapist (PT) - La Bella of Alton (In-House Rehab Team) New Grads Welcome! La Bella of Alton is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to help residents improve strength, mobility, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents with mobility and functional challenges Create individualized care plans Collaborate with the care team and educate residents/families
Qualifications:
