In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function across diverse patient populations. Whether working in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments, you'll be at the forefront of physiotherapy excellence, empowering individuals to regain independence and achieve their health goals. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and execute tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions. Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve movement, alleviate pain, and enhance overall physical function. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless patient care transitions. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care routines to support ongoing recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to healthcare regulations. Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care plans accordingly to optimize outcomes across inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, geriatric, and community settings. Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in outpatient clinics. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and rehabilitation principles. Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans for diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management. Experience in discharge planning and working within interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Excellent communication skills to educate patients on treatment procedures and self-care strategies.
