Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to manage caseloads in a SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details Shift Hours:

08:30-16:30.

Schedule:

Five 8-hour shifts per week.

Guaranteed hours:

35 hours per week. Candidates may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed. and you will be contacted by a recruiter who will give you more information. Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document care thoroughly to support outcomes and continuity of care.
