Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Physical Therapist license with school-based or pediatric experience preferred Comfort working with students ages 3-21 Prior supervisory experience or willingness to oversee self-sufficient PTAs Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students Willingness to commute between school locations (mileage reimbursement is provided) Open to both seasoned travelers and those new to travel assignments

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in educational settings Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student access and success Supervise and support PTAs, review documentation, and ensure best clinical practices Maintain accurate reports and timely documentation per school and legal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
