Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Client-specific requirement:

ability to work a 5x8 schedule (five 8-hour shifts). Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-operative care preferred.
