Schedule Monday & Wednesday:
10:30 AM

PM Weds/Thursday/Friday:
7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Schedule is open to negotiation; however, two late-closing days until 7:00 PM are required.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Promote patient safety and compliance with established protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Illinois or eligibility to obtain licensure. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Previous clinical experience in an acute care, outpatient, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting is preferred.
