This short-term, Extended School Year (ESY) role runs from July 6, 2026, to July 30, 2026, and offers consistent daytime hours—Monday through Thursday, 7:45 am to 12:15 pm. You'll serve two schools located on the same campus, working with students from preschool through 8th grade.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois Experience delivering PT services in school settings, including ESY programs Comfortable working with diverse student populations, especially preschool through middle school Strong organizational ability to manage caseload, track data, and communicate progress Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy in alignment with established IEP goals, promoting student participation and success Design and carry out developmentally appropriate PT sessions tailored to each student's needs Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of student progress, collecting data throughout the session Compile progress reports at the end of the summer to inform parents and school-year teams Foster a welcoming, positive atmosphere where students feel encouraged and supported
