Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and women's/men's health caseload. Develop indvidualized treatment plans with measurable goals Provide hands-on, evidence-based care Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their recovery Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and front office staff Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state of Illinois. 1-2+ years of experience are preferred, but not required Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills A team player who values a positive clinic culture Someone who is motivated, dependable and growth-minded
