Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued Familiarity with pediatric or adolescent populations Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to professional growth and providing best-practice services

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Assess and document student progress, collaborating with education teams Contribute to process improvement and best practice initiatives Engage in monthly team meetings, roundtable discussions, and annual reviews Participate in orientation and ongoing professional development programs
