You'll support the growth and independence of approximately 40 students, working across multiple nearby sites (with mileage reimbursements provided). Supervise a pair of capable, self-sufficient PTAs while immersing yourself in a supportive, collegial school environment. Desired Qualifications:
Completed degree in Physical Therapy and valid state licensure. Experience working with pediatric clients in an educational setting preferred. Confident in overseeing and mentoring PTAs. Comfortable with a varied caseload and commuting between multiple school locations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible, adaptive approach and strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students aged 3-21. Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, adjusting support based on each unique need. Supervise and collaborate with two highly independent PTAs. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal guidelines.
