Achieve Orthopedic Rehab Institute- Sports Medicine is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist in our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Naperville, IL. We are looking for multiple options and offer flexibility in work environment.
Candidates must be:
Available during weekdays
AS NEEDED
for morning-afternoon hours
Ideally Mondays:
7-4pm and
Thursdays:
7-4pm Hours are not guaranteed as this is a PRN position Primary demographic will be Medicare during morning/afternoon hours available Achieve is a fast-paced, private-practice physical therapy practice with 4 active clinics (and growing!) focused on providing exceptional patient care in a fun, supportive, and positive environment. Our clinic operates from an evidence-based approach where patients receive quality, one-on-one treatment from PTs. Well-trained techs/aides that are interested in a career in the PT profession are available to assist the PTs with patient sessions, as well as cleaning and clinic operational duties, in order to free up and maximize our PT's opportunity to make a positive impact on our patients and achieve optimal outcomes. Candidates should possess strong orthopedic skills and experience as our physical therapy clinic treats a high volume of patients to return to function and sport. Candidates should be willing to obtain additional certifications in manual therapy/sports related education (ART, TPDN, MFR, Joint mobilization, Graston/ASTYM, Cupping, BFR, Gait Evaluation, VALD Testing, and more) as indicated by the employer. Employer assistance to obtain any desired certifications will be provided. Our ideal candidate is the PT who is passionate about physical therapy and takes pride in the way they treat and the outcomes of their patients. It is our clinic's philosophy to sustain an environment where physical therapists can treat effectively and holistically while continuing to expand our knowledge and expertise to elevate the level of care provided to patients. Qualifications Obtained DPT Degree or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Additional Board Specialty Certifications and/or Athletic Training License (BONUS) Manual/Sports Certifications and Sports Medicine Experiences (Preferred) New graduates welcome to apply with applicable experience (Mentoring Offered) Holds an active physical therapy license in Illinois or able to obtain by start date Holds current CPR certification Safe Sport Training (completed by start date) Providing a Cover Letter is strongly recommended References upon request. Benefits Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Physical Therapist Responsibilities Perform effective physical therapy evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment for patients with varying orthopedic/sports impairments and conditions Develop appropriate and patient specific plan of care with effective communication and patient education Performs appropriate and necessary documentation in a timely manner Communicate well with patients, owner, PT staff, and front office Communicate with affiliated organizations/teams effectively and assist with outreach Communicates effectively with physicians, physician assistants, and support staff regarding patient care and referrals Maintains professional license requirements by attending educational workshops and continuing education courses that will provide significant advancement in patient care Achieves monthly marketing requirements through social media posts, webinars and community outreach opportunities as well as networking with existing and new referring providers Other duties and responsibilities as requested by the owners and management Therapists with experience in with both medicare and sports are encouraged to apply. www.
