1 Description American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in a rehab department, with experience across inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings. Details Rehab department within a hospital setting Provides physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings Treatments include PT modalities such as ultrasound, NMES, and iontophoresis, as well as skilled techniques such as manual muscle testing and joint ROM measurements Monday through Friday, day shift with rotating weekend coverage 13-week contract Requirements Current IL PT license required; license required if applicable Valid driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance required BLS required Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively APTA membership preferred DOB and SSN may be required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, and goal-setting in collaboration with patients, families, and the rehab team Supervises and directs Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and collaborates with other departments as needed Maintains accurate, timely documentation including evaluations, progress notes, monthly notes, and discharge summaries Participates in performance improvement activities and adheres to established safety procedures Travel Physical Therapist•Rehab 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Robinson, IL 62454 $2,406 a week•Contract American Traveler 108 reviews $2,406 a week•
