  • 38/hour Springfield Suites Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.
This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that support resident mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans based on resident needs Provide therapy focused on gait training, transfers, strengthening, endurance, mobility, and pain management Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor resident progress and update treatment approaches as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation
