Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a school-based Physical Therapist in Sterling, IL. This role involves collaborating with special education staff to support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals throughout the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services to K-12 students Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and progress Participate actively in IEP meetings alongside educators and families Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with state regulationsQualifications:
