  • Part-time, Full-time CST Academy is an outpatient multidisciplinary private practice and therapeutic preschool dedicated to providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Immediate openings are available at our Chicago Suburban locations (Park Ridge and Wilmette), with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. CST Academy is a leading multidisciplinary practice specializing in providing life-changing therapeutic services to autistic children and children with related developmental delays. We offer a therapeutic preschool program along side our multidisciplinary services. CST Academy is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a full-time or part-time role. Our PTs work closely with the multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, BCBAs, and ABA therapists.
Responsibilities include:
Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children Administering comprehensive evaluations and completing documentation (progress reports, daily notes, etc) in a timely manner Interacting with and educating parents and the child's care team on therapy and support settings
Requirements:
Licensing in the state of Illinois Experience working with children of all ages and with a variety of needs A passion for working with children The ability to "connect" with staff, children, and parents Exceptional written and oral communication skills Creative and flexible Access to personal transportation 1+ years of experience is a plus, but not a requirement
