PRN Certified Hand Therapist (OT) Woodridge Area (Lombard, Lemont, Naperville North, Addison) About the Role Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Hand Therapist (OT)--or an Occupational Therapist with strong hand therapy experience--to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care across our outpatient clinics in the Woodridge area. In this role, you'll work with a collaborative care team to help patients regain mobility, improve function, and return to the activities they love--using evidence-based, innovative treatment approaches. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and identify individualized goals and treatment needs Develop and implement personalized care plans using a variety of therapy techniques Deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Provide alternatives to medication and surgery through hands-on therapy and rehabilitation Design wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient Motivate and guide patients throughout their recovery journey Promote long-term health through improved flexibility, balance, and coordination Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate outcomes clearly Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services What You Bring Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, or strong hand therapy experience as an OT Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning Why Join Doctors of Physical Therapy?
