Job Description Theracare is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in skilled nursing facilities in Angola and Garrett, IN with home health in surrounding areas. Easy access to local Regional Management Staff for support Flexible scheduling Average 15 hours/week for PTO Accrual Average 20 hours/week for 401k with Match/ESOP A variety of schedules available for that ideal work/life balance Qualifications The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy Current state license/certification Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation New grads welcome to apply Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements Additional Information Flexible schedules available for your ideal work/life balance.
