Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapist Carmel, IN 46032 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Vitalize Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice in the heart of Carmel's Arts and Design District. We care for active women and families through pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and whole-person care. Our clinic is located in a restored home just steps from downtown Carmel and the Monon Trail. We have been in this space for the past year and a half, creating an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and intentional for both patients and our team. This role is a good fit for a physical therapist who values one-on-one care, takes a thoughtful approach to treatment, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.
