Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans using best practices and cutting-edge techniques. Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and other therapy staff to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery strategies. Use electronic medical records to streamline care and improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate). Current or pending Physical Therapy license in Indiana. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team. Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
