Every PT enters our ProTailored Mentorship Program (PMP), a structured 1-year mentorship and development system designed to help therapists transition confidently into becoming exceptional orthopedic clinicians. Unlike many clinics that offer "mentorship" in name only, our program provides: Weekly mentor meetings for collaboration and shadowing Formal observation and feedback sessions Case review and coaching Professional presentations and book studies Ongoing support for entire first year The mentorship process is designed to help therapists grow clinically, professionally, and personally while building confidence in a supportive environment. Our goal is not simply to hire PTs. Our goal is to help PTs become exceptional clinicians, communicators, leaders, and teammates. 2.
