Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their overall health Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
