Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Indiana State PT license required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
