Position Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy services for orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general rehabilitation patients Focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall functional performance Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license Outpatient therapy experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Positive, patient-focused attitude Passion for delivering exceptional care and outcomes
