Join our travel Physical Therapist team in Indianapolis, IN, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience required. Experience with resumption of care, start of care, and discharges preferred. Experience using electronic documentation systems required. Specifically, experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is required. Experience with eMAR systems is required. Ability to oversee or coordinate with licensed practical nurses and other home health staff. Strong communication skills preferred. Must meet client-specific requirements for travel clinicians, including coverage of Marion and Hamilton counties.Minimum education requirement:
