Key Responsibilities:

Maintain meticulous medical records, including clear goal setting, assessment tracking, and timely charge entry per clinic, state, and federal guidelines. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues; actively participate in student mentorship where assigned. Champion patient and workplace safety—prioritizing protocols for safe handling, infection control, hazard identification, and adherence to organizational standards. Foster personal and professional growth through a self-driven development plan, ongoing education, and meaningful engagement in professional organizations. Uphold all state practice regulations and codes of professional conduct, guaranteeing licensure compliance and ethical practice.
Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. Experience in outpatient or acute hospital settings preferred.
