Key Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific hours to be discussed with hiring manager)
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives. Delegate and supervise therapy services for assigned patients while ensuring functional program design for optimal community reintegration. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and team members. Document patient progress, goal-setting, assessments, and medical necessity letters accurately and on time. Promote clinic and organizational safety practices, emphasizing a safe work environment and diligent use of provided safety equipment. Uphold clinic standards of appearance, attendance, and punctuality. Participate in student education programs and provide constructive feedback and objective evaluations. Commit to ongoing professional growth through continuing education and adherence to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure in Physical Therapy (in good standing) Successful completion of a physical therapy degree from an accredited program Previous experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
