Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (specific hours to be confirmed during interview process).
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop targeted therapy plans. Implement, modify, and document effective treatment programs focused on patient independence and return to community living. Safely delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring discipline-specific best practices. Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, students, and peers. Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Uphold professional codes of conduct, with a focus on patient and staff safety, adhering to all regulatory and clinic guidelines. Actively pursue continuing education and professional development. Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement projects.
Desired Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted PT license in state of assignment. Experience in outpatient physical therapy or acute hospital preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills. Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and professional growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
