Job Summary Miracles Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to fill the role as Lafayette PT Clinical Manager with base pay in the top 5% of private practice salaries in our area. We are also seeking 1 staff Full or Part Time Licensed Physical Therapists to join our Miracles team with starting pay ranging $80,000 at $100,000 annually based on experience. We are a locally owned and operated outpatient orthopedic facility providing Physical/Occupational Therapy and Chiropractic services. We opened in 2008 and have grown to 3 clinics (Lafayette, Remington and Logansport). Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective and efficient treatment plans. Miracles NEVER double books! All patient care is one-one, patient centered, and excellence focused. Refer appropriate patients to our PTA's and maintain a high level of communication for continuity of care. Educate patients and their families about their treatment and goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation utilizing our clinical EMR on your company provided laptop. Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Strong patient care skills. Familiarity with outpatient orthopedics.
