What You'll Do as a Physical Therapist As a valued part of our Muncie-based care team, you will: + Champion Elara Caring's mission, vision, and care philosophy + Deliver direct, hands-on patient care and evaluate functional needs + Create and implement individualized care plans that drive real outcomes + Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other specialists + Maintain high standards of therapy practice and documentation + Provide leadership, education, and community-facing physical therapy support + Work in an active, high‑engagement environment + Lift, support, and transfer patients as needed (up to 50-100 lbs) + Travel within your coverage area (approximately 50%) •? What You Need to Succeed ✔ Graduate of an APTA‑approved Physical Therapy program ✔ Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license (state of Indiana) ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting ✔ Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance ✔ Willingness to travel within the regional Muncie coverage area ✔ Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day ?
