What You'll Do as a PRN Physical Therapist + Champion Elara Caring's mission, philosophy, and standards of care + Deliver direct, high-quality patient care in the Muncie, IN area + Perform thorough assessments , evaluate functional needs, and adjust care plans for best outcomes + Create and implement personalized plans of care + Collaborate with the care team and guide support staff + Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress accurately and efficiently + Serve as a clinical leader and resource in physical therapy + Thrive in a physically demanding, dynamic environment + Travel within your coverage area and work flexible PRN hours ? What We're Looking For + Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program + Current, unrestricted PT license in Indiana + At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting + Willingness and ability to travel within the Muncie coverage area + Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and required auto insurance + Comfortable with lifting 50-100 lbs , transfers, and full‑range body movement + Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for PRN assignments ?
