Company Overview 1st Americare LLP is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation clinic in New Albany, Indiana. Corydon, IN Clarksville, IN Jeffersonville, IN Charlestown, IN Lanesville, IN Salem, IN Scottsburg, IN Georgetown, IN Marengo, IN Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic and neurological conditions Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and insurance requirements Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals regarding patient care Ensure compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA, and professional standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Indiana Physical Therapist license in good standing CPR certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Paid time off for eligible employees Health benefits available for eligible employees Why Join Us?
