Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility) Previous experience working in outpatient or hospital-based settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Demonstrated commitment to patient and team safety Comfort in providing direction and delegation to therapy staff Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapy based on patient needs and physician guidance Direct, delegate, and monitor discipline-specific therapy for assigned patients Document effectively according to clinic and regulatory guidelines Actively contribute to performance improvement and safety initiatives Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, students, and peers Adhere to professional standards, facility policies, and regulatory expectations Foster a positive, safety-focused environment
