  • Part-time, Full-time Feeding Friends is looking to add both a full-time and a part-time pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team.
We are a therapist-owned and operated company that provides early intervention services through the Central Indiana First Steps Program and at our private therapy clinic. Our goal is to add committed and dedicated pediatric Physical Therapists to become a partner with the families that we work with providing family-centered and client-centered therapy in both locations. Within the First Steps program, you will provide services within the home. Feeding Friends provides services within Hamilton, Tipton, and a portion of Marion County. At our clinic location, you will have the opportunity to continue to build the program that you desire supporting children with a wide variety of needs. You will become part of an excellent group of therapists that are driven to provide the highest quality of care for the families that we serve. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Skills Proven work experience as a physical therapist Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid Indiana license to practice physical therapy CPR/First Aide certified Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
