Qualifications:

Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana (or ability to obtain) Degree from an accredited PT program Previous outpatient or hospital experience preferred Exceptional communication and documentation abilities Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance Eagerness for professional development and continuing education

Key Responsibilities:
