Join Beacon Health System as a PRN Physical Therapist in our Outpatient Therapy team-where you'll help patients move forward and get back to what matters most. This is a PRN flat rate position , perfect for experienced therapists seeking schedule flexibility with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy focused on restoring function and reducing pain Educate and motivate patients and families to support home progress Collaborate with referring providers and rehab team for optimal outcomes Supervise therapy assistants and mentor students when applicable
