Job Description

Lead Physical Therapist Opportunity at Eastgate Manor and Prairie Village Full-time Must have a PT license The Lead Therapist is responsible for assisting the Director of Therapy organizing and administratively directing the ASC Therapies & Wellness Department to guarantee, with the coordination of the RPT, OTR and SLP, the highest degree of quality care is provided to patients in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards. The Lead Therapist will communicate at all levels with the facility to ensure cooperation and sharing of information. The Lead Therapist will work in collaboration with ASC Therapies & Wellness management staff in accomplishing these duties.

Requirements :
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
