Job Description

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Elevate Pelvic Health & Wellness Overland Park, KS Job Details Part-time | Full-time $45 - $55 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Continuing education credits Paid time off Qualifications Manual therapy Therapeutic exercise techniques Full Job Description Join a Practice That Is Redefining Pelvic Health Care At Elevate Pelvic Health & Wellness, our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, one-on-one care that is unmatched because we care for the whole person—not just their symptoms. We believe that individualized, 1:1 care is the gold standard in pelvic health. Every patient deserves to be heard, thoroughly evaluated, and treated with a comprehensive approach that seeks to uncover the root cause of symptoms rather than simply managing them. We serve women throughout every season of life—from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum, perimenopause, and post-menopause—and strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where every individual feels seen, valued, and cared for. If you're passionate about helping people heal through thoughtful, evidence-informed, whole-person care and want to practice in an environment that prioritizes quality over quantity, we'd love to meet you. About the Role This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate and desired schedule. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated physical therapist who values: Whole-person, root-cause-driven care Building meaningful relationships with patients Clinical autonomy and critical thinking Lifelong learning and professional growth Collaboration, mentorship, and supporting one another as a team Helping patients improve not only their symptoms but their overall wellness and quality of life This is not a high-volume, productivity-driven clinic. If you're looking for double-booking, short treatment sessions, and productivity quotas, this likely isn't the right fit. However, if you're looking for a practice where you can truly slow down, connect with your patients, and provide the kind of care you always envisioned delivering as a physical therapist, we think you'll feel right at home here. What Makes Elevate Different One-on-one, hour-long evaluation and treatment sessions No double-booking or overlapping patients Freedom to provide individualized care without insurance restrictions dictating treatment A supportive, collaborative environment where mentorship and growth are core values Diverse pelvic health caseload spanning all stages of life Opportunity to develop your clinical skills and areas of passion A family-centered environment where patients—and our team—are supported as whole people Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and related musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on a whole-person assessment and root-cause approach Utilize manual therapy, movement assessment, exercise prescription, patient education, and wellness strategies Collaborate with team members and referral providers to optimize patient outcomes Document care accurately and efficiently Contribute positively to our culture of collaboration, learning, and patient-centered care Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas (or ability to obtain licensure) Pelvic Floor Level 1 equivalent coursework preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in pelvic health, wellness, and whole-person care Appreciation for both hands-on manual therapy and specific exercise loading as essential components of treatment Desire to continue learning and growing clinically Experience with internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment is preferred. However, clinicians without these skills are encouraged to apply if they are eager to learn, open to mentorship, and willing to understand the value that internal assessment and treatment can bring to comprehensive pelvic health care. The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Want to work in a practice where you are genuinely valued as both a clinician and a person. Are seeking a healthier, more sustainable work environment. Believe that patient care should never be dictated by insurance limitations. Enjoy collaboration and appreciate mentorship and support from your team. Value autonomy and clinical reasoning. Are passionate about helping people heal through a whole-person approach. Want to be part of building something meaningful and making a lasting impact in your community. Compensation & Benefits Part-time or full-time opportunities available Competitive compensation based on experience and training Flexible scheduling Continuing education and mentorship opportunities Opportunity for growth within a thriving and expanding practice If you're looking for a place where you can provide exceptional care, continue growing as a clinician, and feel truly supported and valued, we'd love to hear from you. At Elevate Pelvic Health & Wellness, we're not looking for someone to simply fill a position—we're looking for someone who believes that pelvic health care can and should be done differently. We're seeking a therapist who wants to be part of a practice that prioritizes exceptional patient care, meaningful relationships, clinical autonomy, and a supportive environment where both patients and providers can thrive. If this sounds like the kind of work and culture you've been searching for, we'd love to hear from you.
