Requirements and Responsibilities:

Valid and Current Physical Therapist License and Registration Valid BLS Certification EMR Competence Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable) Experience working with K-12 students with complex needs, including deaf blindness. Experience writing IEP's Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow under your supervision. Monitor and document patient progress
