Physical Therapist, Specialty Rehab PT, Days Norton Healthcare 4001 Dutchmans Lane (Show on map) Apr 21, 2026 Responsibilities The role of the Physical Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations; acts in a clinical leadership role; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor Degree Physical Therapist (KY)
