Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs for assigned patients in accordance with medical diagnosis and rehabilitation goals, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team. Complete patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and interdisciplinary team goals Provide therapy services including mobility training, strength and endurance exercises, coordination, self-care training, sensory stimulation, and gait training Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and techniques to support recovery Document all care provided including assessments, treatments, progress, and billing procedures per department standards Collaborate with team members during interdisciplinary conferences to align care plans and discharge strategies Coordinate and recommend discharge needs, including conducting home evaluations and arranging for necessary equipment Train staff on patient-specific equipment and care procedures Participate in continuing education, departmental meetings, and performance improvement initiatives Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to assistants, techs, students, and volunteers Fulfill other duties and projects as assignedWhat Sets BRG Apart:
