Position Summary We're seeking a motivated Therapy Assistant with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field to join our team. This role involves assisting in physiotherapy treatments, helping patients perform therapeutic exercises and stretches, and supporting clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others move and feel better — and who's eager to expand their skills with new, cutting-edge therapies. Key Responsibilities Assist in physiotherapy treatments and therapeutic modalities under clinical supervision Demonstrate and coach patients through exercises and stretches prescribed by the doctor Monitor patient performance to ensure safety and correct technique Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies Support clinical staff with daily operations and patient flow Train and certify in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) — certification provided by clinic Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field Prior experience in a physical therapy, chiropractic, or rehabilitation setting is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and eager to learn Comfort working hands-on with patients in a clinical environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy certification Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced providers Opportunity for professional growth within a respected clinic Positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient success PTO Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekend How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for our team.
