Full-Time, In-Person Dynamic Physical Therapy is hiring a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist for our outpatient team. We provide a supportive environment focused on growth and success. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function through personalized, evidence-based care. Our clinics specialize in orthopedic and sports rehab, aquatic therapy, pelvic health, and advanced techniques like dry needling, cupping, taping, and more—while emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and strong patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative and sports-related injuries Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Experience Outpatient orthopedic clinical experience (preferred but not required for new grads) Interest in sports medicine, orthopedics, or manual therapy Post-operative rehabilitation experience a plus Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with employer matching Mentorship and clinical support for new graduates Continuing education and professional growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Dynamic Physical Therapy Dynamic Physical Therapy provides high-quality outpatient rehabilitation focused on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
