Responsibilities:

Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations for PreK-12 students. Perform re-evaluations in compliance with Louisiana Bulletin 1508 standards. Travel between six campuses located in three different towns. Collaborate with school staff to interpret evaluation findings. Document and report evaluations clearly and timely. Support therapy services through assessment and consultation rather than direct treatment.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based practice. Knowledge of Louisiana Bulletin 1508 requirements for PT evaluations. Ability to travel regularly between multiple school sites. Skilled in conducting comprehensive evaluations for pediatric populations. Strong communication and documentation skills. Reliable transportation to manage travel demands.
