Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking the right fit Physical Therapist to join our team. Full Time or Part Time. We are focused on compassion for patients, clinical excellence and a great team atmosphere. Our clinic is known for hands on treatment, dry needling, quality treatment time and developing trust and relationships with patients and referral sources.

Duties:

• Implementing treatment programs
• Guide patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Educate and communicate with patients
• Maintain patient records and documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a PT
• Self Motivated to provide excellent patient care and pride in work ethic
