LaBorde Therapy Center is looking for a Physical Therapist who has a heart for helping others and would enjoy a thriving Outpatient/Orthopedic setting. Staff and leadership positions are available. Evaluate patients to learn about their conditions, symptoms, and limitations 2. Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet patient needs, establish short and long-term goals, and develop a Plan of Care 3. Market services to physicians and community 4. Inspire and encourage patients throughout the healing process while motivating them to reach their highest potential 5. Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly 6. Oversee and lead therapy technicians to enhance patient care 7. Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy

Physical Therapist Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• A valid and current Louisiana license to practice physical therapy
• Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient and co-worker personalities
