• Perform age-appropriate evaluations and support accreditation standards (CARF and more) 📊 Excellence in Practice Maintain accurate daily statistics and billing documentation 💻 Contribute to Quality Management initiatives and performance improvement 📈 Support compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements ✅ Serve as a clinical resource to leadership and team members 🧠 🤝 Collaboration & Leadership Communicate effectively to support optimal patient outcomes and a positive work environment 💬 Participate in team conferences, department meetings, and organizational forums 🏥 Provide guidance to both new and experienced staff 👩‍⚕️ Assume lead therapist responsibilities when assigned 🎯 ✅ What You'll Need 🎓 Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, Master's, or Doctorate) 📍 Current Louisiana Physical Therapist License ❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR)•American Heart Association 🛡️ Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification (or obtained upon hire) 🌱 Preferred Qualifications Experience in a rehabilitation or similar clinical setting Certifications in specialized areas (manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehab, women's health) Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning 📚 New graduates are encouraged to apply.
